She was a veteran of the United States Air Force, was retired from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Education, and was a member of the First Christian Church of Lemoyne, Pa.
Surviving are a son, Richard Lindway of Harrisburg; and a brother, James Egger of Birmingham, Ala.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, Oct. 8, 2005, at 1 p.m., in the First Christian Church of Perryopolis, with the Rev. John Matsko officiating. Interment will be in Mount Washington Cemetery, Perryopolis. Arrangements are under the direction of the BLAIR-LOWTHER FUNERAL HOME INC., 106 East Independence St., Perryopolis, Pa.
