Larry H. Goodin, age 63, of rural Mulberry Grove, IL passed away Sunday, November 1, 2015 at St. Louis University Hospital, St. Louis, MO. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, November 6, 2015 at 11 AM from Liberty Baptist Church. Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday, November 5, 2015 from 5-8 PM at Young Funeral Home Larry was born August 26, 1952 in Peoria, IL to Howard and Nelda (Wells) Goodin. He married Karol K. Knebel on February 3, 1973 at Liberty Baptist Church, Mulberry Grove, IL. He is survived his wife Karol, his son, his daughters, He is also survived by a granddaughter, two brothers, along with two sisters, He is also survived by his mother-in-law. He grew up south of Mulberry Grove and graduated from Vandalia High School. He started farming after his marriage and was still actively engaged in it. He had also worked at The Coffeen and Pickneyville Coal Mines, Crane Packing in Vandalia, and was currently working at Eaton Manufacturing in Troy, IL. He was a member of Liberty Baptist Church and also served as a trustee for Liberty Cemetery.
