Mrs. Marie V. Lippy, aged 80 years, 15 Linden avenue, died this morning at 2:15 o'clock following an illness since Christmas. Mrs. Lippy was a daughter of the late William Henry and Annie Mary Clunk Adams. Her husband, Joseph Henry Lippy, preceded her in death 22 years ago. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Francis Rineman; 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Charles Clunk, Brushtown. Mrs. Lippy was a member of St. Vincent's Catholic church and belonged to the Altar and Rosary Society.
