Kenneth Harlan Alsager age 88 of Des Moines, Iowa died Thursday on October 29, 2015 at his son’s home in Campbellsville, Kentucky.

Born November 3, 1926 in Story City Iowa, he was the son of the late Oliver L Alsager and Julia Severide Alsager.

Kenneth worked at Principle Insurance Company formally known as Bankers Life Company for more than 40 years.

He enjoyed playing bridge and golfing in his spare time.

He recently moved to Kentucky to be with his son and family.

He is preceded in death by both parents and sisters, Olive Alsager, Lil Alsager, Helen Duff, Alice Swenson, Dorothy Manor and both wives Joan King Alsager and Marjorie Jane Alsager.

A funeral service for Kenneth will be held at Merle Hay Funeral Home on Saturday, November 7, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Tina Rasmussen presiding.
