David Leon Jannnings, 18, Keokuk, died Friday noon, March 23, at Keokuk, after a long illness.
He was born Dec. 5, 1943, at Ft. Madison, the son of Dale W. and Ruth E. Munford Jannings. The family lived in Farmington until 10 years ago when they moved to Keokuk.
He was a member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Survivors include his parents; two brothers, Larry, Creston and Steve, at home; two nieces, uncles and other relatives.
Services were held Sunday, March 25 at 1:30 p.m. at the Schmidt Memorial Home, Keokuk. Elders Carl Jones, Keokuk, and W.H. Gunn, Ft. Madison, officiated. Burial was in Greenglade cemetery, Farmington.
