AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mrs. Georgia Ida "Nee" Garrett, the daughter of the late Thomas Henry and Rosa Bell Philpot Garrett entered into a peaceful slumber on May 23, 2012.
Funeral services will be held 12 noon Saturday, June 2, 2012 at Hopewell Baptist Church with the Rev. Russell L. Brisco officiating.
Interment will be in the church cemetery.
The family will receive guests Friday, June 1, 2012 from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Garrett, a native of McCormick County was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church.
She leaves a lineage of nieces, nephews, other relatives, associates and a most dedicated friend, Bernice Hall.
