Mr. Daniel F. Cramer died at his home in this place at noon last Friday of a complication of diseases, aged about 73 years. He was a veteran railroader, having entered the service of the Company 45 years ago – in 1851. – He was not in service at this place during all those years, but spent some of the time at Conemaugh, and part of the time at Kane. He is survived by his wife and daughters, Mrs. Mary Aughey and Misses Jessie and Fannie Cramer, and four sons, David and Wilson of this place and William of Altoona and George of Philadelphia. Interment in the Presbyterian cemetery at this place at 10 a.m., on Monday, June 29.
