Frances Lanelle Martin, 85 years, of Alvin, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at Bayou Pines Care Center in La Marque, Texas. Graveside services will be held on Monday, November 2, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Greenwood Cemetery in Teague, with Pastor Robert Brantley of Alvin, Texas, officiating.
Lanelle was born in Dew, Texas on July 1, 1930 to the late Prentice & Oma Bottoms Martin.
Ms. Martin was preceded in death by her three brothers, Donald Martin, James Martin and Thomas Martin and three sisters, Louise Watson, Lois Berry and Ethel Jones.
She is survived by four nieces, five nephews and two sisters-in-law and many great nieces & nephews; as well as many friends in Alvin, Texas; where she has lived for over seventy years.
