Son of Martha and John Puckett.
Married Maggie Buell September 8, 1892. Twelve children born, four preceded him in death, three in infancy, and Elma Baker preceded her father in death April 12, 1929. Those left to mourn: Myrl of Hartington, Neb., Fred of Toronto, Floyd of Syracuse, Kans., Byrl, Loren, and Herman and Goldie Wilson all of the home, and Mrs. Lena Stroud of Buffalo, Kans. He also leaves eleven grandchildren and one brother, Fred Puckett of Sycamore, Kans.
Funeral services were held at the Little Sandy schoolhouse Wednesday afternoon, conducted by Rev. Williams. Burial was made in Little Sandy Cemetery.
