Hannah is the daughter of Adam and Lucinda Barnes, and sister of Caroline Barnes that appear in the June 1860 Linn Co OR Census

Per Multnomah County Farm (Troutdale OR) entry, on page 310 Number 8795, Hannah was admitted on February 1st, 1928. Native of Iowa, widowed housewife, parents are Adam Barnes and Lucinda Spray from Ohio, resident of Oregon for 75 years and the county for about 30 years. Her current ailment is 'Old Age', and has been disabled (undefined) for 6 years. Her relative is listed as Mrs. J. C. (or "O") Michener, daughter, 201 'H' Street, San Rafael California. Date of death listed as August 27, 1928 and disposition of the body was by Gullbrandson & Co.

Per Death Certificate died at the Multnomah County Farm (poor house rest home)
from a carcinoma of the stomach, was senile, taken to the Lincoln Memorial Crematorium, Gullbrandson, & Co. were the undertakers.

Her cremains were recovered by Great-grandson R Adams for future dispostion.
