Tennie Rae "Granny" Moore, passed away Wed, June 4, 1997 at the age of 89. She was born April 10, 1908 to Doc & Molly Jones of Frankston, Tx, the youngest of 13 children. She lived her young school years in and around the Frankston, Tx area, until the early 1930's when the family moved to Grandfield, Ok. On April 18, 1932, Rae married Delmas A. "Happy" Moore. Happy & Rae moved to OKC in 1950. Happy passed away Oct. 15, 1986 after they had celebrated 55 years of marriage. Rae is survived by a daughter, Reba Jones & son-in-law, Don Jones; 2 grandchildren, Rick Jones & wife Judy, Nikki Jones Penry & husband Kevin; 5 great grandchildren, Brandon Penry, Amber Penry Smart & husband Arly, Tiffany Jones, Amanda Jones & Candace Rae Penry; numerous nieces, nephews and quite a few cousins. Services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 6, 1997 at the South Colonial Chapel. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens.
