Alice M. (Geiger) Clingaman, 89, of Geigertown, PA, passed away on October 15, 2015, at Tel Hai Retirement Community in Honey Brook, PA.
Born in Geigertown, PA, she was the daughter of the late Irwin L. Geiger Sr. and the late Mary G. (Fosnocht) Geiger. She was the wife of John L. Clingaman, at home.
Alice was a homemaker and a 1944 graduate of Birdsboro High School.
She was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, Geigertown, PA.
Surviving along with her husband, is a son, John R. Clingaman, of Union Twp., Berks Co., PA; three daughters; Cheryl A. Clingaman of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, Donna M. Clingaman of Clarks Summit, PA, and Diane M. Clingaman of Fair Oaks, CA; one sister, Mary E. Amole, of Geigertown, PA; one sister-in-law, Mary A., wife of the late Irwin Geiger; 6 grandchildren; Jonathan, Heather, Brea, Sabrina, Carly, and Shane; 2 great-grandchildren, Michael and Evelyn.
A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, October 19, 2015, at the Dengler Funeral Home, Inc., 144 N. Spruce St., Birdsboro, PA 19508, at 1:30 p.m. A veiwing will be held before the service from 12:30 p.m.-1:30 p.m. Interment will be held in St. Paul's United Methodist Church Cemetery, Geigertown, PA.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul's United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 6, Geigertown, PA 19523.
