WILLIAM TEMPLETON PASSES AWAY AT HIS HOME IN THIS CITY AT AGE OF 80 YEARS RESIDED HERE THREE YEARS
William T. Templeton, one of the old residents of Hancock county, passed away Friday evening about 8 o'clock at his home, 116 Douglas street.
Funeral services will be conducted at the residence on Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock, and interment in Glencove cemetery at Knightstown.
Mr. Templeton was 80 years old. He had lived in Greenfield for three years, retired from active business life, coming to this city from Jackson township, where he had resided, engaged in farming, for many years. He was a member of the Methodist Episcopal church at Wilkinson.
Mr. Templeton is survived by the widow, Mrs. Mary Templeton, two daughters, Mrs. Glenna T. Binford and Mrs. Merl McClarnon, and two granddaughters, Lois Binford and May McClarnon.
Friends of the family may call at the home at any time until the hour of the funeral."

DEATH OF WILLIAM TEMPLETON
William T. Templeton, aged 80 years, who removed three years ago from near Charlottesville to Greenfield, died at his home last Friday night. He was a greatly respected citizen of Hancock county, and held membership in the M. E. church of Wilkinson. The widow, Mrs. Mary Templeton, and two daughter, Mrs. Glenna T. Binford and Mrs. Merl McClarnon, and grandchildren by each daughter survive. Burial was made Monday in the Odd Fellows cemetery of this city."
