Afton, Aug. 11 - The funeral of Mrs. George A. Haven was held at the home in this village Sunday afternoon. The Rev. W.D. Lathrop assisted by the Rev. Bronson of Oxford officiating. Burial was in the Glenwood Cemetery. Mrs Haven was a member of the M.E. Church, a past matron of the Afton Chapter O.E.S. , a member of the D.A.R. and of the W.B.C.. She was formerly inspector of the W.R.C. work in this district. She is survived by her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Clark E. Decker; three sisters, Mrs. D.V. Stoddard and Mrs. C.A. Buckingham of New Woodstock, N.Y. and Mrs. Myra Chapin of Utica; and three brothers, M.K. Perkins and Paul Perkins of South Otselic and Jerome Perkins of Fayetteville.
