Age 76, of Albion, the son of the late Herbert and Elizabeth Schneider Loughner. He served with the U.S. Navy during the Korean Conflict. He retired from Copes-Vulcan in 1992 after ten years of service. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and was an avid Pittsburgh Steeler fan. He was well known in the area for his pool shooting.
He is survived by his wife, Roxie Carol Woomer Loughner whom he married on June 13, 1952; three children, Marsha (Frank) Brown, Russell, Pa.; Denise Stout and Douglas Loughner, both of Albion. Further survived by four grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
