Age 61, the daughter of Phyllis J. Cowley Belcher and the late Blair F. Arvickson. She graduated from Wattsburg Area High School, Class of 1971. She was employed by Supportive Living Services Inc. for 37 years and was their Fiscal Officer. She was an avid genealogist and historian. She compiled and published numerous books on veterans of the War of 1812, The Civil War and The Spanish American War. Robin was an active member and registrar of the Presque Isle Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution.

Besides her mother, she is survived by her daughter, Amanda and her husband Henry of Erie, her sister, Kimberley of Erie, her brother, Scott of Wattsburg and her stepfather, Richard Belcher of Millcreek. Several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.

Inurnment will be in Erie Cemetery Columbarium.
