Bryant Kincheloe was born on 11 Nov 1837 in Henry County, KY. He was the second child born to Charles Rector and Mary Ellen (Webb) Kincheloe.

Bryant married Alice Jane Meade about 1868.

The couple had 8 children:

Bryant's wife, Alice, died 12 Oct 1885 in Providence, Trimble, KY at the age of 35 from myocarditis, leaving Bryant with his young children.

It is unknown if Bryant remarried.

A Trimble County, KY Guadian's Bond Record shows that Bryant was appointed guardian of his children on 22 Dec 1890. It is unknown why it took 5 years after the death of Alice for Bryant to be appointed guardian of his children.

Bryant Kincheloe died before June 1897 as his will was probated in court on that date.

On March 7, 1898 a "James Ramsey" was appointed as the guardian of minors (of Bryant & Alice Meade Kincheloe) Justin, Lizzie and Annie Kincheloe by the Trimble County Court in KY with a "George W. Dawkins" as his surety.

It is unknown where Bryant is buried at this time, but is believed to be in Clinton County, KY.
