Beryl was born on February 26, 1934, in White Earth, to Allen Beaupre and Margarete Williams. She attended the Missionary School in White Earth and graduated from Waubun High School.
After high school she went on to get her degree in social work from St. Olives.
She then went to work for the Native American Boys and Girls Group Homes in Minneapolis, MN; where she worked for eight to ten years as the director. In 1985, she returned to White Earth where she became the director for the Congregate and for White Earth Housing.
She retired to care for her sick mother and to be with her family and neighborhood kids. Her love of family and children led her to become a foster parent.
She was a Bingo fanatic and used to get kisses from her grandchildren for good luck. She loved going to thrift stores, rummage sales, and garage sales where she could spend hours.
She had a sweet tooth for candy and would always have a tub of Dubble Bubble gum for the kids that visited.
She enjoyed nature and especially her lilac bushes.
She was a dog lover, who always had her dogs close to her.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Allen and Margaret; first husband, Raymond Arthur Villebrun; second husband, Terry Bloom; children, Cheri Ann Stoa-Villebrun, Darcy Sue Villebrun, Danny Boy Villebrun, Cara Villebrun, and Milo Villebrun; brothers, Hubert "Junior" Williams and Richard Williams ; a sister, Mary Lou Beaupre, a granddaughter, Danielle Michele Villebrun; and a son-in-law, Gilbert Ashley.
A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, September 21 at St. Benedict's Catholic Church in White Earth. A visitation will begin at noon on Sunday, September 20 at the White Earth Community Center and will continue one hour prior to the service at the church. The burial will follow the service at Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
