Marlene "Micki" (Ascher) Rubin, 81, passed away Tuesday Oct. 6th at the Jewish Nursing Home. She was the daughter of the late Raymond and Lillian Ascher. Micki was a graduate of Classical High School Class of 1952 and graduated from AIC with an Associates Degree in 1954. She worked for various doctors as an administrative assistant. Micki traveled with her husband Martin to the various bases he was stationed at when he served in the military. She was a life member of Hadassah and a member of Temple Beth El. Micki is survived by her husband Martin Rubin, her sons Hillard Rubin and Paul (Sally) Rubin, and her grandchildren Zoe, Zackary, Miranda, Sophie, and Joshua. Her funeral will be Friday Oct. 9th at 10:00 AM at the Ascher-Zimmerman Funeral Home with burial on Wednesday Oct. 14th at 10:00 AM at the Massachusetts Veterans' Memorial Cemetery.
