Mass for Roy A. Asmussen, 72, founder of Roy A. Asmussen & Associates, a Des Plaines food brokerage firm, will be said at 11 a.m. tomorrow in St. Emily Catholic Church, 101 N. Horner St., Mount Prospect. Mr. Asmussen, of 13 Westgate Rd., Mt. Prospect, died Sunday in Northwest Community Hospital, Arlington Heights. He was an industry authority on dehydrated vegetables, having been a pioneer in the efforts to successfully dehydrate onion flakes and parsley.
