JOHN JOSEPH GURVAL , 82, of Hanover Township, passed away on Monday, October 24, of 2011. He was a U.S. Army veteran and Purple Heart recipient. He was preceded in death by parents, Joseph and Anna Suda Gurval, and an infant sister. Surviving are wife, the former Elizabeth Czuba; children, Michael, Robert and Jacqueline Gurval; Timothy, James, Edward and Paul Burdulis, and many close family members. Funeral will be at 9 a.m. Friday in the S.J. Grontkowski Funeral Home, Plymouth, with a Mass at 9:30 a.m. in St. Robert Bellarmine Church. Interment will be held in the Chapel Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
