Amelia Lynn "Millie" Leaf, 57, of Olney, died Tuesday, October 6, 2015, at Select Specialty Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, October 15 at Crest Haven Memorial Park in rural Claremont with Rev. Mike Baker officiating.
Millie was born on November 2, 1957, to Harold Lee and Angeline (Stacey) Foerster.
She married Jerold Leaf on September 19, 1975.
Millie had worked as a shipping and receiving clerk.
She is survived by her husband, Jerold Leaf; two sons, Tyler and Ashby Leaf; father, Harold Foerster and wife Cindy; sister Pam Carter, of Albion, and sister Heidi and Thomas White; brothers Harold W. and Julie Foerster and Charles and Kristi Foerster; and grandchildren, Cam, Alexia and Emma Leaf.
She was preceded in death by her mother and step-father Angeline (Stacey) Foerster Curry and John L Curry Jr..
