Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Jan. 10, at the Greening-Eagan-Hayes West Chapel in Shelbina. Burial will be in the Shelbina I.O.O.F. Cemetery. Visitation will be today from 3-8 p.m. at the funeral home in Shelbina.
She was born Oct. 24, 1904, in Granville, the daughter of Martin and Mollie Olbert Heathman. She was a member of the First Baptist Church. A graduate of Shelbina High School in 1925, she attended Hannibal-LaGrange College. She taught school at Greenwell School south of Lakenan for four years, then becoming a homemaker. On May 1, 1927, in Shelbina, she married Lewis Craig Wilt. He preceded her in death on Sept. 6, 1958.
She is survived by two children, William L. Wilt of Brookfield and Mary Frances Morgan of Holliday; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and one sister, Vinnie Gough of Shelbina.
