Mrs. Lenora Bishop Watts, age 84, of Thomaston, Died Sunday, October 4, 2015 at the Upson Regional Medical Center.
Mrs. Watts was born on February 28, 1931 in Upson County to the late Idell P. and Permelia Anna Bishop. She retired from sales at Macy's Atlanta. Prior to employment with Macy's, she worked 25 years with Playtex in Manchester. She was a foster parent and member of the First Baptist Church of Jackson.
She is survived by her son, Ronnie (Carol) Watts of Jackson; sisters, Rubena (Buddy) Welch of Memphis TN, and Margie Jackson of Jackson; grandchildren, Jason (Jessica) Watts, and Terry (Mike) Sherrard.
Funeral services for Mrs. Watts will be held on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Coggins Funeral Home, with burial to follow in Crystal Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 from 12:00 - 2:00 pm at Coggins Funeral Home.
