Jacksonville, Fla., Dec 25 (U. P.)
Thomas Lee Bridwell, 58, of Louisville, Ky., manager of the National Life and Accident Insurance company, Nashville, Tenn., died of heart disease here today.
Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Myrtle Ann Bridwell; two brothers, James B. of Louisville, and W. H. of Upper Darby, Pa., and a sister, Mrs. Amanda Wilkinson of Louisville.
The body will be taken to Louisville."
