The marriage of Miss Jennie McCarthy to Edward F. Barry, took place Wednesday at the Blessed Sacrament Church. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. Thomas F. Connors. The attendants were Miss Delia A. O’Brien and Cornelius V. Culhane. The bride wore white voile trimmed with shadow lace. The prenuptials included a variety shower by Misses Barry and Miss Catherine Stack.

On Sunday, May 12, 1974, Edward P. Barry at 42 Hamlet Court, formerly of Magnolia St. He is survived by one daughter, Miss Mary M. Barry; one son, Gerard P. Barry; four grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Nellie Mason, Rochester, and Mrs. Bridget Scanlon of Ireland; several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call at the funeral home of Alvah Halloran and Son, Inc., 2125 Chili Ave. at Howard Rd., Monday, 7-9 p.m., Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral services Wednesday morning at 9:30 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at St. Monica's Church. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
