Branic in charge. Mrs. Blackford was born in Canada July 6, 1850, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Tagge. She was married to James W. Collier, who died April 3 1879. She later married John B. Blackford , who died fifteen years ago. Surviving are three sons, Harry Collier of Kansas City, Charles Collier of St. Louis and Will Collier of St. Petersburg, Fla.
