He was survived by his mother Virginia Bush,
his four children Heather Boswell, Amanda Nelson, Kevin Nelson and Katherine Nelson. As well as his grandchildren Donte & Natalie Austin, Tylor Dearen, Hannah (Chris) Everitt, Alix Semernezski, Adrianna Macklin, Latavion, Isaiah & Eilijah Craig, Alexander Nelson, Wesley Nelson, Kannon Semernezski & Delilah Boswell. Three great grand children Nate, Everleigh and Remi. His two sisters Billie (Mark) Allen & Donna Dennis. And his children's mother who he loved till his departure Florence Nelson. He had many many friends, who loved him most importantly Nolan Gamble.
Proceeded him in death was his late father Ralph Cook and his grandmother who raised him Nina Bell Geater.
