She was born July 1, 1923 in Oldtown, Kentucky, a daughter of the late Jessie Boggs and Hattie McDowell Boggs.
She was a homemaker and a member of the South Shore Old Regular Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Oswald Hall, three brothers and four sisters.
She is survived by two sons; Jack (Carole) Hall of Berea, Kentucky and Gary (Linda) Hall of Anderson, Indiana; one brother, Mike (Julie) Boggs of South Shore, Kdentucky; four grandchildren, Brian (Donna) Hall, Kim (Mike) Young, Alison (Paul) Anderson, Beverly (Wade) Rainey, nine great-grandchildren and two special nieces, Hattie Haywood and Ruthie Castle.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday October 3, 2015 at Morton Funeral Home in South Shore, Kentucky, with Chester Allen officiating. Burial will be in Brick Union Cemetery in Lloyd, Kentucky. Visitation will be Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
