Phyllis J. Pugh, age 74, of Richmond, passed away on Wednesday September 30, 2015 at Reid Health in Richmond.
Born January 29, 1941 in Connersville, she is the daughter of the late Everett and Myrtle Tussey Dickey.
Phyllis was a member of the Western Ave Baptist Church where she was also a member of the Three G's. She also helped with the church bulletin and the monthly newsletter.
She is survived by daughters, Melody (John) Shafer of Vandalia, OH and LaDonna (David) Miller of Whiteland, IN; sons, Michael (Susan) Pugh of West Mooreland, TN and Kevin Pugh of Richmond; brothers, Delbert (Judy) Dickey and Joe (Francis) Dickey all of Connersville; grandchildren, Sara Dickens, Kara Brown, Curtis Pugh, Krysti Moore, Kenna LeGroux, Aaron Miller, Roy "Punchy" Moffitt, Chiandra Shafer, Megan Miller, David Miller and Steven Miller; and great grandchildren Karter & Kenzee LeGroux, Mollie, Ryann and Zach Dickens, Braydon, Keaton, Raquelle Miller, Dylan, Dustin, and Bailey Miller.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Kenneth L. Pugh and a brother Roy Dickey.
Funeral services will be conducted at Urban Winkler Funeral Home on Saturday October 3, 2015 at 11:00 am.
Burial will follow at Westside Cemetery in Milton. Friends and family may visit on Friday evening from 4:00 to 8:00 pm.
