Their children were James Morrissey born 1829, William Morrissey 1836, Franklin Morrissey 1839, Thomas 1841.
Second wife Margaret Meyers gave birth in 1845 to Andrew, Patrick John in 1849,and Margaret Ann 1855, their is another child listed on the census, William Neff Morrissey, 1868 who's mother is not listed.
It is very possible there were more children, possible daughter Elizabeth who stayed in Ireland. Also possible a second Thomas born in 1857.
