Paul Chain, 68, of Chula Vista died Sunday. He was born in Canyon, Texas, and worked for Bay City Marine.

He was retired from the Navy and was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a member of the VFW.

Survivors include his wife, Doris; daughters, Marie McLaughlin and Theresa Tucker; son, Roy; sisters, Teenie Wilde and Thelma Chain; brother, Doyal; and seven grandchildren.

Viewing 3-8pm today, Humphrey Mortuary, 753 Broadway, Chula Vista. Services 11am tomorrow at the mortuary.
