Miranda, Abel G., 83, of Tampa died Thursday at home. A native of Ecuador, he had lived in the Tampa Bay area seven years, coming from Meriden, Conn. He was a rolling mill operator for a tableware company. He is survived by his wife, Honoria; three sons, Abel of Tatamy, Pa., Orlando of Plainville, Conn. and Ramon of Honolulu; one daughter, Ana T. Dimmerling of Bethlehem, Pa.; and 10 grandchildren.
