The daughter of Mr. Raymond C. Miller & Goldie (Gipson) Miller was born on 11 December 1924 in Kansas City, Missouri. In May 1929, the family moved to Tulsa, OK where her father, Raymond was the branch manager for the Nabisco Biscuit Company. In 1934, they moved to Macon County, MO to live with family members due to the Depression.
In 1943 Miss Miller graduated from Macon High School in Macon, MO. Following high school, she was employed at the Missouri Agricultural Extension in Columbia, MO. She was united in marriage on 20 October 1946 to Robert A. Randall, who had returned from serving in the U.S. Army in England and France for 25 months.
In Jan 1949 their first child was born, Kenneth W. Randall at the Samaritan Hospital in Macon, Missouri. In 1992 they moved to Columbia, South Carolina to be near their son & family.
Mrs. Randall was an avid reader, knitted and crocheted. She passed away after a lengthy illness on 6 January 2011. A member of Mount Olive Lutheran Church, she was buried at Ft. Jackson National Cemetery near Columbia, SC.
