Helen was born Sept. 4, 1913 in Literberry, IL, the daughter of Talmadge and Eva Decker Crum. She died on Sunday, Aug. 13, 2000, at the White Hall Multicare Center.
She first married Oliver Gadbury and he preceded her in death. She then married Carter Shearburn May 17, 1968 in Tucson, Ariz., and he preceded her in death on May 2, 1997.
She is survived by nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Betty; and two brothers, Raymond and Eugene Crum.
