(PROBATE NO. 20,) Madison Circuit Court Wednesday morning May 22nd, 1901 Forty-fifth April Term, 1901 In the matter of the Estate of Bond, oath and letters, Etc. Melcina White,, deceased Comes now Cornelius Moore and files his application for letters of administration of the estate of Melcina White, deceased, which said application is in the words and figures following, to-wit: (here insert). And he also files his bond in the penal sum of Twenty-five Dollars, payable to the Estate of Indiana, conditioned for the faithful performance of his duties as administrator of the said estate, with D.W. Wood and W.S. Ellis, as sureties thereon; and he also makes and subscribes an oath for the faithful performance of his duties as such administrator, which said bond and oath are in the words and figures following, to-wit: (here insert). And the Court having seen and examined said bond well advised as to the sufficiency of the said bond and the sureties thereon, now approves the said bond in open Court and orders and directs the Clerk of this Court to issue letters of administration to the said Cornelius Moore. And in pursuance to the above and foregoing order of the Court the Clerk now issues letters of administration to the said Cornelius Moore, which said letters are in the words and figures following, to-wit;(here insert). (PROBATE, NO. 22) Madison Circuit Court Friday Morning January 9th, 1903 January Term 1903 State of Indiana In the Circuit Court Madison County .SS Final Report Comes now Cornelius Moore, administrator of the estate of Melcena White and submits the following ____es his final report in said matter; He shows that after he was appointed the heirs of the decedent entered into an aggreement and paid all the debts and liabilities of said estate, including Court costs, the services of this administrator and all other costs and expenses, that on property of any kind of charictor came into his hands, that all debts have been paid, that more than one year has elasped since the granting of letters and notice thereon. That all of the debts and expenses have been paid by Samuel K. White in consideration of the heirs of decedant sertain real estate to Anna White, the wife of said Samuel J. White. He ask that his report be approved, that said estate be adjudged finally settled and that he be discharged from all further liability. Cornelius Moore Subscribed and sworn to before me this 6th day of Jan. 1903 W.S. Ellis Notary Public My commission expires 1/21/1903 Read and approved in open court and administrator discharged on the 12th day of Jan 1903.
