Frankie Fae Wheeler was born on April 18, 1922 in Guthrie, Oklahoma, to Ethel and Frank Miller and passed away on September 9, 2015 in Duncan, Oklahoma at the age of 93.

After graduating from Enid High School she married Jesse Wheeler on July 19, 1940 and they began their 64 year journey together that lasted until he died in March of 2004.

For almost 50 years she taught five year old children in Sunday School and because of that she had an incredible, positive impact on many lives through the years. Frankie worked for 26 years in the Moore school cafeteria system cooking and serving food to students and touching many lives along the way. She spent time visiting shut ins and brightening their lives by letting them know that she cared about them. Often she would go to nursing homes and spend time painting fingernails for the ladies while listening to their stories.

Well known for her quick wit, she spoke thousands of one-liners over the years that would make people double over in laughter. For instance she would say, "I'd like to go swimming but my bathing suit has a hole in the knee." Or, "I've been busier than a mosquito in a nudist colony."

Preceded in death by her parents and husband; brothers: Richard Miller, David Miller, and Calvin Miller; sisters: Patricia Boggs and Izetta Gratner.

Funeral service: Sunday September 13, 2015 at Primrose Funeral Service
