Mrs. Agnes Ann "Dolly" Pillion, age 90 of Mt. Vernon, died Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at the Rockcastle Health & Rehabilitation Center in Brodhead. She was born in Harlan County, KY on May 25, 1925 the daughter of George and Bessie Jane Miller Burchett. She was a retired business owner, having owned and operated Dolly's Dairy Freeze for several years. She was the Resident Council President and founder of the Welcoming Committee at Rockcastle Health & Rehabilitation Center. She enjoyed painting, story-telling, crafts, and simply making a difference every day. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Mt. Vernon.

She is survived by her two children, Ken and Jil Pillion, and Melinda and Mike Kincer, both of Mt. Vernon; and four grandchildren, Morgan Bray, Logan Kincer, Tanner Pillion, and Jonah Pillion. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rollie Pillion; a brother, Edison Burchett; and a sister, Opal Hoskins.
