MONTEZUMA — The Rev. Wendell Adams, 95, of Montezuma, died at 2:10 a.m. Sept. 8, 2015, at Clinton Gardens.
He was born Nov. 15, 1919, in Catlin, Ind., to Claude Adams and Madge Ellen Adams.
He was a World War II Navy veteran.
He was a minister and school teacher, loved to garden and was a graduate of Purdue University.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Salem United Methodist Church. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday with the Rev. Bill Felts officiating. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday at the church. Burial will follow in Oakland Cemetery in Montezuma. Military honors will be performed by Parke County Veterans Organizations. Frist Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
