DILLON, CHAPMAN E. SR., 65, of 12100 Seminole Blvd., Largo, died Monday (April 18, 1988) at Largo Medical Center Hospital. Born in Franklin County, Va., he came here in 1985 from Rocky Mount, Va. Before retiring he was a civil engineer for 15 years with the Appalachian Power Co., Roanoke, Va. He was a Kentucky Colonel. Survivors include his wife, Mary S.; two sons, Chapman E. Jr., Hurricane, W.Va., and Ricky L., Wirtz, Virginia; two daughters, Dianne D. Otey, Seminole, and Sandra K. Greenwood, Copperhill, Va.; three brothers, Herbert and Redia, both of Rocky Mount, and Clifford, Manassas, Va.; two sisters, Elizabeth Cooper and Shirley Scott, both of Rocky Mount; and nine grandchildren.
