Frances Alderdice, 78, died Monday in Sacred Heart Hospital, Eugene, where she
had been a patient for about two weeks.
She was born August 27, 1894 in Buffalo, New York, and came to Oregon in 1919.
She lived in Portland priot to moving to Klamath Falls in 1927 where she
remained until moving to Sprngfield three months ago.
Survivors include a brother, Thomas Powers of Springfield, a sister Claire
Carpenter of Twin Falls, Idaho; various nephews and nieces. Her husband Charles
died in 1939.
