Mrs. Mills was born February 15, 1930 in Hopkins County, Texas to J.R. and Eunice (Culpepper) Irby.
She is survived by: son: Jeff Alan Mills, three daughters: Carol Elaine McCall, Neva Kay Schiller, Judy Lynne Blair, one sister Peggy Sue Smith 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday September 8, 2015 at the Paul Thomas Funeral Home in Miami, Oklahoma. Interment will follow in the Glenn Abbey Memorial Gardens Cemetery under the direction of the Paul Thomas Funeral Home of Miami, Oklahoma. The family will receive friends and relatives at 10:00 a.m. till service time.
In Lieu of flowers the family has requested memorials be sent to the American Cancer Research, or Alzheimer's foundation.
