Lorena Fornes m. Josephus Green Brinson 27 Sept 1913, New Bern, NC. His parents were Henry T. Brinson & Josephine Taylor. J.G. & his parents resided in New Bern, NC. Lorena & her father lived in Arapahoe, Pamlico Co., NC.

A daughter Rosa L. Brinson was b. 23 July 1917, New Bern, NC.


Lorena died from meningitis.


Notes: Lorina Brinson shares lot 856 at Cedar Grove with Mary Louise Brinson, Rose L Brinson, William L Brinson and Fannie H Brinson all of whom died young. According to cemetery records the only one of the 5 having a stone was Fannie and at last report it was broken.

Lorena's father-in-law, Henry T. Brinson is the owner of the Brinson Plot. The photo on this memorial shows Henry's "owner" stone.
