In my research I also found W. T. Chaffin with this Fleming family. The Templetons and Flemings lived down the road from one another. Maybe W. T. was shuffled from house to house??? Or whomever attempted to correct the other census I sent you hadn't found him on this one?
So he is either on two census or someone has made a mistake and corrected the wrong census. I just noticed this today and haven't had time to check it all out.
