PARDEEVILLE - Elsie L. Hankins, age 76, formerly of Pardeeville, died Friday, Jan. 19, 1989 at St. Mary's Hospital in Madison. Funeral services will be held Monday, Jan. 22 at 1:30 p.m. at the Smith Funeral Home, Pardeeville with Rev. Keith Epps officiating. Burial will be in the Pardeeville Cemetery. Friends may call after noon on Monday until time of services. Mrs. Hankins was born March 1, 1913 in Harrisville, Wis. to Charles and Pearl Baldwin. She was married to Louis Brotkowski in 1930. She later married Marion V. Hankins on Nov. 7, 1949. He preceded her in
death. March 31, 1967. She is survived by one daughter, Lucille (Donald) Broesch of Madison, Wis.; five grandchildren, Jacalyn Broesch of Bruce, Wis., Jerry (Sandy) Broesch of Portage, Lynn (Steve) Kotel of West Chicago, Donata (Wayne) Sneath of South Carolina, and Cindy Broesch of Minona, Wis.; 12 great-grandchildren. and two great-great-grandchildren.
