Seaborn settled in what was Johnson County, now Logan County, Arkansas. They came to Arkansas in 1879. They established a home south of Clarksville on the south side of the Arkansas River just out of the bottom lands. He built a steamboat landing, fuel stop and a ferry on the Arkansas River and the ferry was known as Pratt Crossing.
Seaborn, Elizabeth and Martha died as a result of typhoid fever and pneumonia on January 1, 1875.
