Delores J. "Dee" (Follen) Osborne, 88
February 5, 1927 ~ July 5, 2015
Dee was born in Kennard, Nebraska, the elder of two daughters of the late Roy and Goldie (Svendgaard) Follen.
Delores graduated from Blair High School and worked for the Blair Telephone Company.
On July 31, 1944, she married Delbert Osborne, meat cutter at the Blair Safeway store, whom she met at the Blair July 4th celebration. They were blessed with 3 children, 5 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
In 1960, after 15 years in Maryville, MO, Safeway transferred Del to Omaha. After the move, Delores worked at former Brandeis Department Store, Westgate Drug, and Western Electric.
After their semi-retirement in 1985, Del and Delores moved to Costa Mesa, CA, where they managed a senior mobile home park.
They returned to Omaha in 1991.
After suffering a stroke in Nov. 2011, Delores spent her remaining years at Brookestone Meadows in Elkhorn.

Preceded in death by Del, her husband of 67 years, and daughter, Susan Petersen.
Memorial Service 10:30 am Friday, August 28, 2015 at Brookestone Meadows 600 Brookestone Meadows Plaza, Elkhorn, NE.
