EUNICE D. "GRANNY" BAKER, 92, of New Castle, went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, August 26, 2015. Eunice served in the United States Navy during the WW II Era. She was a lifelong resident of Craig County and an active member of the New Castle Christian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Baker; daughter, Debra Lynn Baker; Mother, Lela Drummond; and brother Everett Drummond.

She is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Kathy Hernandez and husband, Victor, Susan Huebner and husband, Karl; son and daughter-in-law, Michael Baker and wife, Angela; daughter and son-in-law, Betty Phillips and husband, Bill; granddaughters Amanda Ross and husband, Nick, and Whitney Baker.

Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, August 29, 2015, at Paitsel Funeral Home with Pastors Cody Rader and Jim Bayne officiating. Interment will follow at Crossroads Church Cemetery with Military Rites performed by VFW Post #4491. The family will receive friends 6-8 PM Friday, August 28, 2015, and one hour prior to the service at Paitsel Funeral Home. www.paitselfh.com
