Life-Long Resident of Beloit Dies
Beloit, Wis., Oct. 24--Mrs. Hazel Behling, life long resident of Beloit and vicinity , died Tuesday night at Municipal hospital following an operation. She resided in the Townline community northwest of here.
Mrs. Behling was born Jan. 8, 1900, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. L. C. Walters. She was married to Herman Behling Jan. 26, 1921. She was a member of the Townline Social club.
Surviving are her husband; her parents; four children, William, 7; Allen, 4; Warren, 3; and Elizabeth, 14 months; three brothers, Clifford, George and E. A. Walters, and two sisters, Mrs. Howard Lentell and Mrs. Oliver Rorabought, all of the town of Beloit.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 3 p.m. at the Rosman-Uehling-Kinzer chapel. Burial will be at Oakwood cemetery. (Register-Republic [Rockford, Illinois] Thursday, October 24, 1935, Page 8.)
