He was born June 24, 1921 in Kansas to Henry and Dessie (Philips) Kint. He married Hester Overmyer and she survives.
He is also survived by two sons, William Kint, Seattle, Wash., and Richard Kint, Toledo; two daughters, Barbara Froehlich, Atlanta, GA, and Elizabeth Fagan, Findlay; one sister, Avis Kint, Fostoria; two grandchildren, two step-grandchildren and two step-great-grandchildren.
Mr. Kiint retired in 1987 from teaching at The University of Toledo. Active in the Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts, he was a graduate of Fostoria High School.
The Rev. Kurt Meyers officiated services at Walter Funeral Home. Internment was at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park, Toledo.
Memorials may be made to Visiting Nurse Hospice and Home Care or Arthur H. Black Scholarship at the University of Toledo.
